Download & Extract — Grab the latest release from GitHub. Unzip to any folder. No installer needed.

Set Up Firebase — Create a free Firebase Realtime Database. Paste your URL into the app config. Done.

Add Your Team — Edit the user list in UserStorage.cs. Build once. Share the exe with your team.

Start Working — Select your name, log in, and press START. Your team can see you working in real time.

Collaborate — Chat with your team, share files, add tasks to the board, ping teammates, and track every hour.

Generate Reports — Press Ctrl+P for a monthly PDF report. Ctrl+E for CSV export. Share with your clients or investors.
